This started behind a counter
Meridian was founded by a practising pharmacist. Before there was a studio, there were the late dispensary shifts, the interaction checks done from memory under pressure, and the patients who needed more time than the day allowed.
That experience is the whole point. We build pharmacy software the way we wished it had been built for us — fluent in the workflow, honest about the constraints, and useful on the busiest day rather than the demo day.
