A method shaped by medicine: design with the people who use it, show the reasoning, and earn the right to go live one stage at a time.
Clinical-first, not clinical-adjacent
Our design partners are practising clinicians, embedded from the first week rather than consulted at the end. The people who will use a tool shape it before a line of production code is written.
It is slower at the start and far faster afterwards, because the tool that ships is the tool the work actually needed.
Evidence-traced AI
Every recommendation our systems make is explainable — to the clinician using it and to the regulator assessing it. The reasoning and the sources travel with the output, not in a separate document.
If we cannot explain why a system reached a conclusion, we treat that as a defect, not a feature of the technology.
Shadow, supervised, live
We earn our way to the bedside in stages. A system runs in shadow mode first — observing, never acting — so its behaviour can be measured against reality before it touches a decision.
Only then does it move to supervised use, and only with the evidence to support it does it go live. Continuous audit runs through all three.

The four-week discovery
Most engagements begin with a fixed four-week discovery. We scope the problem with your team, map it against clinical safety and data realities, and leave you with a clear, costed plan — whether or not you build it with us.
The deliverable is a decision worth making, not a deck.

Priced to match the stage
Discovery is a fixed fee. Pilots are fixed-scope and fixed-price, so you can prove value without an open-ended commitment. Production systems move to a subscription that scales with use.
