A studio, not a startup.
Meridian is a London studio building clinical-grade AI for healthcare — founded out of practice, held to a clinician's standard of care.
A studio, not a startup
Meridian is a studio. We are not chasing a single product to scale at any cost — we are building a body of clinical-grade work, one engagement at a time, for the organisations that carry the weight of care.
That word matters to us. A studio is judged by its craft and its standards across everything it makes, and that is the bar we have set for ourselves.
Built in London, for UK healthcare
We are based in London and rooted in the realities of UK healthcare — its standards, its funding pressures, and the people who keep it running. The coordinates on every page are ours: 51.5074° N, 00.1278° W.
Our team is multicultural by design. The patients the NHS serves speak many languages and carry many contexts, and the people building for them should reflect that.
Clinical roots, not just technical ones
Meridian was founded out of clinical practice, not out of a venture thesis. The instinct that runs through the studio is a clinician's: be careful, show your reasoning, and never let convenience outrank safety.
It is why we say software should earn its place at the bedside — and why we hold our own work to that test first.
